As a seasoned Regional Industrial Relations Manager, I specialise in fostering harmonious labour relations and driving strategic HR initiatives. With a robust background in industrial relations and a passion for creating inclusive workplaces, I am committed to developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and social mobility within the workforce. My approach is grounded in collaboration, transparency and a deep understanding of the unique needs of both employees and the organisation. By leveraging my expertise in industrial relations and HR strategy, as well as my years of operational HR, I aim to drive meaningful change and contribute to the overall success of GKN.
