ABOUT LYNDA CHUNG

An energetic litigator, I specialize in trust and estate and business disputes. I help my clients through what is often the most emotionally and financially trying time in their lives. Whether being taken advantage of by a trustee or a managing member of the client\'s company (often the client\'s own family member), I work hard to resolve the matter to the client’s benefit. Responsive, caring and detail-oriented, I deliver results—no matter the difficulty of the case. Trust and estate litigation matters that I handle include will and trust contests, disputes over settlors\'​ capacity, undue influence, financial elder abuse by caregivers or family members, fiduciary accounting, and conservatorships. I am experienced in representing institutional and individual fiduciaries as well as family members challenging the fiduciaries\'​ actions. I also handle a wide range of business disputes, including claims arising out of real property transactions, construction contracts, construction defects, accounts receivable, fraudulent bankruptcies, fraudulent transfers, disputes between closely-held companies\'​ members and partners, and trademarks/copyrights disputes. I am skilled in locating \"hidden\"​ assets when representing creditors. I am uniquely qualified to assist my clients in solving their problems, small or big, domestic or global. Representative industries include garment and textile, construction, real estate, property management, and import/export. Born and raised in Korea and educated in the U.S, I contribute to both the legal and the Korean-American communities by participating in and supporting a variety of charitable and non-profit organizations.
