I entered the IT Field after a career change from Criminal Justice. Ever since I have devoted myself to becoming educated in the many different areas that Information Technology has to offer. I strive to obtain this education, because I know that my clients and my employers desire the very best that I have to offer. Whether in an official training capacity or at home working in my personal lab, I never stop my pursuit to gain further knowledge. I feel this is the best trait that I can offer employers, I will never stop learning and can be taught a wide variety of skills that will meet any situation.IT Experience- 1 Year working as a field technician for an ISP. Gained knowledge related to last mile networking as well and experience designing, installing and supporting small office and home office networks- 3 Years working as a NOC Technician. Worked with infrastructure related to a wide variety of specialties including server administration, optical networks, wireless/radio networks, and enterprise copper networks- 2 Years Experience working as Service Transition Specialist (Change Management). I supported changes within client networks, updated documentation, and set up networks for monitoring. I addition I was tasked with system administration, technical support for front line NOC Staff, basic optical network administration, and project management- 1 Year working as a Solution Analyst (Network Engineer ).
