Perform data analysis to summarize sales data and provide insights into ordering behaviours and Reseller performance.• Accountable for ensuring contract compliance by understanding each contract and becoming a SME, implementing training programs and auditing requirements to achieve 100% contract compliance.• Lead multiple process improvement projects and continually take charge to ensure processes are streamlined, simplified, and that all targets are exceeded through optimal solutions.• Developed a sales dashboard to identify Cisco\'s Cloud Solutions with drill down capabilities to ensure sales has an accurate understanding of their Cloud sales pipeline and forecast.• Created resources and training to educate and inform Partners and Sales on best practices and contract highlights, leading to an increase in contract understanding and less time answering redundant questions/concerns.• Successfully negotiated over 30 contracts with State Procurement Agencies on time to ensure no contract lapse and enable sales to continue selling without interruption. • Streamlined the Insurance process by collaborating with Risk and Legal teams to determine a new and improved process saving many hours of manual effort by our team and Partners.• After receiving feedback, implemented a new process to check in with partners every 6 months to ensure there are no issues prohibiting sales, communicate and engage Partners leading to an increase in sales on each contract.
