I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work. Some of my expercience is: Create detailed CAD CD-set of plans (Site plan, demo plan, finish plan, RCP, elevations and schedules). Conceptualize design. Manage schedules (Furniture, lighting, materials, appliances, plumbing and hardware).Coordinate with contractors. Focus on fit, construction, production feasibility, and ensuring the final product meets both the designer\'s vision and the company\'s standards for quality and functionality. Guide staff and enforce project deadlines. Keep up-to-date with company codes and standards. Design or redesign complex drawings and layouts based on verbal or written specifications. Other experience: furniture and cabinetry design, graphic design, quality control, arts, paint, drawing, design and music. Photoshop, Autocad, Rhino, Revit, Studio Designer, Microsoft Office and Google sketch up. English, Spanis & Italian.
