I’m currently an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer working at Turnitin. Through cross-functional collaboration, I support pre-sales efforts for SaaS solution selling to higher education institutions in North America and globally, identify and interpret complex needs and requirements of prospects, create and deliver bespoke product demonstrations that highlight how Gradescope uniquely solves the challenges institutions face with improving teaching and learning processes, manage proof of concept projects, and contribute to blog posts, white papers, conferences, webinars, and user panel discussions, and more.My current work relies on my strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical knowledge, which I honed through a career in mathematics teaching and a Masters\'s degree in mathematics at Oregon State University. Throughout my career, I gravitated toward roles with increasing responsibility, serving as a course coordinator, academic advisor, math placement coordinator, interim Assistant Dean and Associate Director of Professional Development Integration for the OSU College of Science Dean\'s Office. My passion for employing technology that improves the work and lives of users, lead me to my next role on the Learning Platform Services team at OSU.Previous to coming to Turnitin, I worked as a Product Manager for several enterprise platforms used to support in-person and remote teaching and learning.    Provide technical sales support and product expertise to our Sales and Client/Customer Success teams, collaborating closely with team members to empower customers to optimize their partnership with Turnitin- Respond to pitch requests across various client levels, including senior decision-makers- Conduct client and customer needs assessments and solution discovery sessions, which may include completing technical questionnaires during the sales process- Navigate intricate customer use cases and demonstrate how our product adds value to specific, complex scenarios. Drive solutions that benefit all stakeholders- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, catering to diverse personas and audiences, that address customer pain points and deliver compelling solutions-Work alongside our Implementation and Onboarding Consultants to ensure strategic customer success and seamless transitions. Identify client needs, contract terms, and technical requirements, and work together to deliver solutions and overcome technical challenges- Manage Trial/Pilot programs for prospective clients in the sales cycle- Represent our product\'s value proposition, both from a technical and functional standpoint, at events such as conferences, onsite visits, and demonstrations- Act as a mentor to sales team members and other Sales Engineers, providing coaching, development, and support.
