For 30 years, I’ve helped technology companies scale across product, sales, and global channel ecosystems. Along the way, I’ve seen the limits of transaction-driven growth. Products alone don’t transform organizations. Behavior does. Today, I focus on helping companies move from product transactions to measurable business outcomes driven by intentional behavior. As CEO of Pravva and Co-Founder of EngageXP, we are building a performance engagement platform that activates strategy, influences behavior, and turns communication into measurable impact. EngageXP brings together training, sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and recognition into a unified system where adoption, accountability, and performance can be measured and improved. In parallel, as VP of Sales and Marketing at Buzztag, I lead revenue strategy and partnerships grounded in a consistent belief: sustainable growth happens when strategy, engagement, and execution are aligned.
