ABOUT LYLE BROTKOWSKI

I lead Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives that power data-driven decision making. I work with the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from managing the backlogs, priority setting, data modeling, and KPI governance to reporting delivery and automation, ensuring leaders trust the numbers they use to run the business. I work with teams to define consistent metrics, resolve reporting discrepancies, and translate complex ERP and CRM data into a single source of truth. My work supports month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance monitoring.On the technical side, I design governed, reusable data models, prioritizing reliability, scalability, and clarity. I’ve built Finance reporting foundations, introduced data quality monitoring to proactively identify and resolve upstream issues, and mentor high-performance team members on analytics and business intelligence topics.I’m particularly interested in building analytics teams that balance governance with usability. My focus is on building reporting and tools that are centralized, flexible, valuable, and always aligned to how the business actually operates.
