   Senior Operations Manager of electric utility construction design company. Coordinate project deliverables amongst multi-phase distribution circuit rebuilds. Perform senior-level scope reviews to validate contructibilty with current standards, determine project constraints and/or additional scope considerations, identify consistent material needs and manage design budgets to prevent scope creep or additional circuitry needs to minimize customer minutes of operation. Leading to provide the highest quality and detail orientated safety-focused construction designs for Southern California Edison. Not only have I mastered design requirements in every geographical location, I have also coordinated projects in every federal, state, city, county and private entity jurisdiction, and I have worked on every distribution and sub-transmission voltage in Southern California.I teach to not only master the standards, but to understand construction well enough to support on pilots programs to write new standards. I am sought after as subject matter expert to resolve design/process conflicts with our utility client counterparts.I have rebuilt several process-driven organizations from entry-level fielders, admins and CAD/AUD operators/Designers, to Quality Control teams, supervisors and managers to support operations in which I led.
