I’m an experienced Project Manager, XD/UX/UI designer, System Analyst, and digital media consultant. I consult with project stakeholders and clients and lead agile technical teams to design, build and launch applications and websites to elevate brands, promote client growth, improve website conversion, and lead acquisition through exceptional design and PM practices. As a Project Manager, I take ownership of scope, schedule, quality, and costs. I negotiate tactfully with customers to keep projects on track so that our stakeholders can sleep well at night. I have led agile and waterfall project teams to design, build, and launch innovative technology solutions including WordPress and other CMS websites and e-commerce applications. My skills include all aspects of project management and UX design with an emphasis on client consultation, negotiations and requirements gathering, user journey and goal analysis, documentation, and project team leadership.I provide design and product analysis, demonstrations, webinars, and technical training using the latest adult learning theory techniques.
