Most businesses know what they want to achieve. The gap is usually in the how, the systems, the strategy, and the day-to-day that makes it all actually work. That\'s where I come in. I\'m Lyla, and I sit at the intersection of marketing and operations. I work with Ipsa Consulting — a female-led marketing consultancy built on the belief that businesses should help make the world a better place. We work with changemakers, activists, and founders who want to use business as a force for good. On any given day, I might be shaping a marketing strategy, untangling an operational bottleneck, building a system that finally makes delegation feel possible, or making sure the right things get done by the right people at the right time. My approach is practical and people-centred. I believe good marketing and good operations share the same foundation: clarity, intention, and alignment with your values.
