As the Director of People Strategy at Amivero, a leading IT innovation company for the federal government, I leverage my MBA degree and over 15 years of experience in recruiting to design and implement strategies that attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent within the organization.I partner with executive leadership and various teams to understand the wholistic business needs and create appropriate programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning. I also research and assist in the development of training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
