As the General Counsel at Hello Alpha, a growing innovator in Digital Health, I oversee all legal aspects of the company\'s operations, including commercial contracts, compliance, privacy, security, governance, intellectual property, litigation, and risk management.My core strengths include business acumen, decision-making skills and judgment, vision and leadership, and trusted and inclusive advising. I have successfully negotiated, drafted, and led teams for various commercial transactions, such as multi-million sponsorship and broadcast rights agreements, licensing agreements, and e-commerce platforms. I have also exercised decisive leadership in advising three companies through multiple material litigation matters, obtaining favorable outcomes at various stages of the process. In addition, I have implemented policies and compliance programs that address legal risks and align with the organization\'s goals, objectives, and values.
