As a Production Assistant, I support the end-to-end process of fashion shoots by coordinating both creative and logistical elements. My role involves liaising with agents, photographers, stylists, and models to ensure smooth communication and scheduling. I prepare styling rails with product lines ready for the stylists, send out casting calls and create styling decks to support the creative vision, and edit line lists for accuracy. I also organise travel for crew, manage purchase orders, order studio supplies, and maintain cost spreadsheets to track budgets. My work ensures that each production runs efficiently and delivers high-quality results.
