Advising parents on other complicated aspects of children law including parental alienation, relocation and surrogacy. Advising parents and other family members on special guardianship orders.Following the Resolution Code of Conduct in my approach which involves trying to reduce conflict between separating couples. This includes reducing the use of inflammatory language, encouraging parents to focus on the needs of the children and focused on solutions.
