I’m a builder of programs, relationships, and meaningful momentum. I am now channeling those strengths into a career in project management.For eight years, I’ve led enterprise initiatives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that demanded more than just strategic thinking. My work required cross-departmental coordination, the ability to manage multiple timelines, track outcomes, and keep projects moving forward through change and complexity. These experiences shaped my ability to lead with structure, adaptability, and empathy.At organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tractor Supply Company, and International Paper, I delivered high-impact projects from planning through execution. This included launching leadership development programs, managing employee resource group operations, and scaling engagement initiatives that reached hundreds of locations. Behind the scenes, I focused on turning strategic vision into practical execution.Although my previous roles were DEI-focused, the nature of my work consistently aligned with the core of project management. I scoped projects, aligned stakeholders, developed communication plans, and utilized platforms like Smartsheet and Workfront to ensure follow-through and measurable impact.Today, I am transitioning into project management with intention. I bring operational clarity, collaborative energy, and a proven ability to connect people, plans, and purpose. I am excited to join a team that values thoughtful execution and long-term results.

   Deliver ERG Blueprint Intensive training in private sessions and through ERG University, using ELA’s curriculum to strengthen BRG/ERG strategy, operational excellence, and leadership capability.• Teach the full six blueprint framework covering purpose, leadership roles, stakeholder engagement, programming strategy, metrics and leader development. • Coach and consult BRG/ERG leaders to refine governance models, annual plans, programming strategy, communications, and measurement practices.• Facilitate hands-on working sessions where leaders actively build or enhance their BRG/ERG plans during training.• Provided tailored follow-up guidance to reinforce learning, ensure execution readiness, and build leader confidence and cohesion.
