The scope of my experience evolve from software development to system test with high interest to discover complex technical functionalities in a rich human environment : support to internal customers, work with different UE vendors, Qos Kpi. In Qos Kpi, I learned to have macro and micro view of the product as I monitored key indicators to the customer as well as dive into understanding issues behind it ( call drop investigation with RRC/RLC/MAC stack study on different component),raise the issue and validate its resolution. Having worked in different companies in France and UK, I have shown my ability to adapt easily to different environments. My enthousiasm and my excellent relationship with a deep technical background can be verified with colleagues and managers. Today I would like to use my expertise in a new challenging project.
