koken.care is my coaching & therapy practice focussing on international workers and their spouses. I care about you and your problems and will help you in a wide range of challenges that are often experienced- The impact of your (or your partner\'s) international move- Psychological problems like stress, burnout, anxiousness, loneliness, depression, exhaustion, angriness and grieve- Challenging between the demands of your job and your private situation - Pregnancy and motherhood/parenting-related challenges. Typically the loss or lack of a social environment enforces the challenges mentioned and I can help you navigate through these challenging times. I care about you and will help you take control of your life again. I offer treatment and coaching (in Dutch, English and German) in Barcelona or worldwide through e-coaching, video call and phone.
