I’m a strategic, people-centred leader who helps organisations transform culture, build capability, and deliver change that lasts. My superpower is turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that people can believe in and rally behind.Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across global education, media, and corporate sectors – partnering with senior leaders and boards to embed inclusion, learning, and leadership into the fabric of their organisations. From designing enterprise-wide change frameworks to leading culture and workforce transformation, I bring together commercial insight, human connection, and storytelling to drive measurable impact.What drives me is helping organisations move from change fatigue to change readiness, creating environments where people feel safe to unlearn, grow, and lead differently.
