ABOUT LYDIA GRANT

Strategic and data-driven, I bring a dual lens to every project: one grounded in legal and contract operations, and the other in digital strategy and analytics. My career spans startup environments where agility is essential, and cross-functional collaboration is the norm — whether I’m managing the full contract lifecycle, integrating platforms, or using data to shape marketing and operational strategy. At Encora, I lead contract operations for 100+ agreements across legal, vendor, and sales channels. I’ve implemented scalable CLM solutions (Airtable, Juro, Agiloft), reduced contract cycle time by 25%, and built reporting infrastructure that supports compliance, transparency, and business alignment. I also run legal workshops and trainings that help teams scale responsibly. Outside of legal operations, I work as a freelance marketing analyst — collecting and interpreting data across GA4, Spotify, YouTube, Substack, and TikTok to help creative teams understand user behavior, content performance, and engagement strategy. I’ve also contributed to Shopify-based fulfillment systems and supported CRO initiatives in partnership with UX and engineering teams. Known for bringing structure to ambiguity, I thrive in founder-led or fast-moving companies that value initiative, clarity, and strategic thinking.
