With 17+ years of experience in diverse experience & medically-focused efforts, I have been integral to business transformations through hiring & recruiting expertise. Through my recruiting business, I notice a need for life coaching and especially career coaching. I have been a nurse in an acute care setting (hospital setting), and I experienced burnout firsthand. I know how it feels to work in unsafe environments where a nurse could lose her/his license. I also know how it feels to work nights, weekends, holidays, 12+ hour shifts and so much more. It is hard to work in environments where the workload burdens some. I also help nurses pivot in their nursing careers as well as other business professionals. I can people to identify their expertise through the experiences they have. Nurses have a keen eye for identifying opportunities because we went through a lot of training on conducting assessments.
