I\'m an Interaction Designer working for Opencast Software.My skills include:Research via remote tools or in-person workshops. Analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, including analytics. Gathering user needs and business requirements. Sharing UX recommendations to a cross-functional team.Design of sites, apps and services with user experience in mind from sketches to interactive high-fidelity prototypes.Production of styles for development, feeding in to design systems.User testing and iterative design sprints.Agile working.UX content writing and recommendations.Writing detailed requirements, including acceptance criteria for testing. At times, I have supported testing against these criteria.UX reviews, giving feedback and guidance on usability and accessibility.Alignment to GDS and ScotGov design systems and approaches.In my spare time, I support my family, and am interested in mental health, autism support, wellbeing and fitness. I meditate, do yoga and spend time in the sun. I have just joined a field archery club, as a new challenge.
