Lead the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact enablement programs that support large-scale tooling rollouts, process changes, operational performance, and technical and non-technical skill development across Customer Support Services. Lead and develop a team of Learning Experience Designers, guiding instructional strategy anddesign excellence to scale high-impact learning experiences that align with business priorities. Design and implement change management strategies (ADKAR-informed) to drive behavior change and accelerate adoption for platform migrations, process changes, tooling roll-outs, and other business-critical initiatives. Develop technical enablement content for frontline support teams and managers, targeting improvements in key business metrics Coach and consult with peers and cross-functional partners on learning design, digital adoption, and content strategy for support tooling and process initiatives. Piloted and scaled Slack-based microlearning across multiple initiatives reducing developing timeby 40% and training completion by 30%; authored the business case for formal adoption and ledworkshops that multiplied practice across teams; Recognized as the 2025 Innovator of the Year forCustomer Support Services
