ABOUT LYDIA SCHWEIZER

I am a highly motivated executive with 16+ years of professional experience in Operations with operational and commercial responsibilities in mid-sized and international corporations. I have an analytical mind set, act decisively and I am pragmatic in finding solutions. As Vice President Service Transformation & Projects at Sky Germany, I work on the strategic development of Customer Service to make every contact the best experience for the customer. In my previous positions, I have culturally as well as commercially reorganized areas of the Supply Chain to bring out the full potential for the Organization. I set challenging goals for myself and for the team and work cross-functional to achieve the best result. I have built teams nationally and internationally and created a motivating and respectful culture through direct and open communication. I have increased productivity and quality through more efficient processes and elimination of systemic hurdles. I have increased revenue, reduced unit costs, initiated and executed a relocation of the Aftermarkt Operations to enable further growth of the business. I have introduced decisive work models to further increase the attractiveness of the company on the employer market. Moreover I am proud of my Leadership Awards because it shows that I have a passion for developing people beyond their own limits and create a high performing culture without losing contact to the human being.
