Committee member for the HTM Career Day. In this student run career day, the External Relations Team is responsible for managing communication with employers via phone and email to ensure accurate Career Day registrations. This role involves overseeing the HTM Career Day Handshake page to collect and organize important data regarding the event, maintaining and updating employer contact lists, and tracking all incoming registrations from companies as well as students. The External Relations Member professionally represents the Isenberg HTM department with professionalism in all external communications by answering emails, phone calls, and serving as the primary point of contact for employer inquiries, guaranteeing timely and accurate responses that reflect the values of the department. Additionally, the External Relations Member assists with the setup and execution of Career Day events, including Rapid Recruiting, Career Day, and the Career Day Celebration.
