As Program Manager for Campus Leadership and Chapter Network at the Neurodiversity Alliance, I support the growth and sustainability of our national network of high school and college clubs that celebrate, empower, and advocate for neurodiverse students. I work daily to increase our network of National Neurodiversity Alliance Clubs - currently overseeing 100 student-led clubs across the country. I collaborate on national campaigns that celebrate neurodiversity and help others better understand the power of diverse minds.I have the privilege of working alongside an inspiring team of college aged leadership coaches who mentor our club sites to provide one to one mentorship. Together we equip student leaders with the tools, confidence, and community they need to create lasting impact on their campuses.My work centers on building belonging — helping neurodiverse students feel seen, supported, and valued for their unique strengths. Through collaboration, cross teamwork, leadership development, and advocacy, we’re fostering a movement of inclusion and self-acceptance that’s transforming how schools view neurodiversity.
