Investigative reporter and storytelling specialising in technology, online platforms, disinformation, gender and inequality, particularly interested in how digital ecosystems shape our world.I\'ve extensively covered digital platforms, disinformation, Big Tech, AI, deepfakes, online harms, tech policy and regulation, gender inequality, equal rights, adult content and sex work, communities, culture and censorship. I\'ve also reported widely on women\'s health, vaccines, and US, UK and EU politics. My investigations, reporting and features have been published by WIRED, Reuters, CNN International, Open Democracy, Coda Story, The i, The New European, VICE, Dazed, Refinery29 and others.I was shortlisted for the British Journalism Awards in Technology Journalism and the Write to End Violence Against Women Awards in 2025 for an investigation into search engines funnelling users to software to create abusive pornographic deepfakes of women, published by GLAMOUR UK.An OSINT specialist and experienced disinformation reporter in the UK, I am proficient in digital investigations, open-source techniques, digital forensics and verification. I\'ve contributed as a subject-matter expert on disinformation and social media for NBC News, PBS Take on Fake and the Reuters World News podcast.Originally trained in multimedia journalism, I thrive working on written and visual stories. I\'ve produced, edited and presented video and audio journalism, including newsletters, multi-platform social media content and a documentary series for Al Jazeera\'s Investigative Unit.
