   As part of my work with V.O.I.C.E Consulting, I created and manage this 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing supported education, therapeutic behavioral health, psychosocial rehabilitation, mentoring, and coaching services. This organization has served 300 youth through school-based, community-based, and residential services; 95% are from single-parent homes below the federal income poverty level, and 50% have been diagnosed with a learning or physical handicap. Secured sponsorships for specific programs from multiple sources, including the School of One, the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Map Your World, the St. Martin de Porres Family Center, and Target. Forged partnerships and won grants from the Neighborhood Connection, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture, United Black Fund, and Greater Cleveland Food Bank, among others. Crafted life coaching programs targeting different age groups, including Choose 2 B U (high school), Working on Me (middle school), Inventing Me (elementary), Inspired by Me (adults), The Best of Me (intervention program). Recruited and developed 60 first-generation students from surrounding universities and colleges to participate in the Becoming Me Internship Training and Life Coaching Program.
