ABOUT LYDIA DAVIS
I am currently a senior at Gonzaga University studying biology, hoping to pursue a research career in microbial ecology. Through my position as a chemistry laboratory technician, a microbiology research assistant, and an ecology TA I have honed my laboratory skills and techniques. In addition to these experiences, I am proficient in R, Excel, and aseptic and sterile lab practices. Apart from my studies, I spend my time volunteering as a tutor for students at the Hutton Settlement, working as the treasurer for my university\'s climbing team, and exploring Spokane! Additionally, I have been conducting research with the Gonzaga Undergraduate Research Program (GSRP), and currently have a paper in progress to be peer-reviewed.
