Provides technical, program, and project support and professional advice and guidance to CCSG in civil society strengthening, and peacebuilding. Provides strategic leadership in the development of new program related activities. Provides direct technical oversight of program implementation for specific programs (as assigned) from the home office making field visits as necessary. Serves as a main point of contact for USAID and partners on assigned programs, and provide continuity and technical support for program and project activities. Provides expertise in operations management, compliance, grants management, contract administration, human resources, and other areas of operations management. Manages and oversees backstopping for overseas long-term field staff, and other on-going administrative support including Washington, D.C. project, program and deliverable files and archives; respond to or triage other project administrative-related assistance requested by field staff. Troubleshoots to prevent and resolve potential problems.
