Responsible for monitoring the day to day operations of the Southern Division Client team including; assisting with specification for Housing Associations/RSL\'s/Councils, developers and property investment companies. Providing daily support for personnel, compiling reports as a region to report into the business, to the National Client Manager. Research and analyse our market sector and look at strategy of achieving targets within the team. Work with our suppliers to understand key market trends within the sector to provide knowledge for the team to relay into our customer base.Working with clients in all areas including Development/Commercial and Design and Technical to put together specifications for developments for kitchens in all tenures and working with clients budgets.Offer clients kitchen solutions in all building sectors including New Build and Refurbishment around funding issued.
