ABOUT LYDIA CALDWELL
As an Assistant Professor of Health and Sport Science, I am dedicated to unlocking the full potential of human performance. My research efforts are centered on understanding the multifaceted stressors associated with high-performance populations (military, athletics) and identifying recovery strategies to promote readiness and resiliency. I use evidence-based approaches to understand how we can optimize performance and translate these findings to help a broader population improve their overall health. I have a passion for mentoring the next generation of scientists and am always eager to collaborate with fellow researchers and clinicians who share my goal of advancing the field of exercise science.
