Nov-25 - Current: Metropolitan Police I am leading the HR and Reporting implementation work streams for the Metropolitan Police as they upgrade their HR and EPM software to Oracle Fusion. I am responsible for ensuring deliverables are met within the timeframe agreed and ensuring alignment across four organisations within the bid-winning consortium. Currently in the plan and design phase of the project, and adhering to Oracle’s True Cloud Methodology, my work ensures planned activities are completed against the baselined project plan to guarantee expectations of the project delivery process and outcome are aligned. I lead a team of functional and technical consultants as well as two junior project managers as part of the PMO function, where I ensure both my own and the wider team’s tasks are seen through to completion in line with the project plan.Dec-23 – Nov-25: City University of LondonFrom project commencement to completion, I managed delivery across functional and technical workstreams, organising, and delivering planning activity, reporting progress, managing internal and external stakeholders, attending executive steering committee meetings whilst assessing and managing change requests on a complex multi-pillar and multi-million-pound implementation. Responsible for project budget management and resource allocation. I managed the weekly and monthly status report submissions. I was responsible for analysing and mitigating technical, governance and delivery risks to produce reports that support decision making that impacts project progress.Mar-23 - Nov-23: City of Edinburgh Council (HCM/Payroll implementation)PMO/PM – Responsible for project forecasting, reporting, scheduling, and activity tracking and closure. This involved regular travel to the customer site, and management of both internal and external stakeholders in terms of status reporting. Sept-21 – Mar-23: HSBC and The Guardian
