About Lydia Andrews
My professional experience crosses many industries: music, event planning and conference production, spa and health and wellness. Each work experience put me on an amazing journey to my progression towards being the best me! Working in the music industry for companies like A+M Records, Atlantic Records and Elektra Entertainment allowed me to work with some really great artists who were (and still are) passionate about how their music is perceived by the world and to work with music professionals who are creative, inspiring and great at what they do. In May 2011, I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and am now a praticing Certified Holistic Health Coach. What an amazing experience it was! I truly love what I do and helping and guiding individuals to realize their best health!
