I interact with all levels of the organization providing key performance metrics, as well as developing and implementing new procedures to improve productivity. In my tenure at Noetix/Magnitude (now insightsoftware), I have an exceptional track record of always meeting the professional services month-end deadlines. This has been possible by prioritizing my team\'s efforts on the close process. Coach/Mentor: I have been serving clients in the technology sector for my entire career. Whether working directly with customers, managing client-facing teams, or working with internal teams, my focus throughout has been on teaching, coaching, or advising professionals and employees how technology can improve their working lives. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping someone solve a problem. Relationship-builder: A people-person at heart; using my knowledge and skills to help people apply technology to improve their work process, which has gained me a reputation as someone who can translate complex ideas into easily understood concepts. I feel lucky to live in Seattle, where my husband and I spend our summers on our bicycles exploring here in the Pacific Northwest. I am also a slow-but-steady endurance athlete competing in half and full marathons for Team in Training raising funds on behalf of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. As avid travelers, the cloudy months often find us on a plane in search of the sun, and we look forward to a return of pandemic-free travel. Recently, we provided revenue subject matter expertise and data validation for the implementation of the Kantata Professional Services Automation tool including integration of financial data with Netsuite, and integration of legacy data from the prior PSA, OpenAir.
