As Director of Development, Southeast at the Freedom Foundation, I lead strategic fundraising initiatives across the southeastern region to advance our mission of promoting individual liberty, free markets, and accountable government. Working with our dedicated team, I cultivate relationships with high-capacity donors, foundations, and community partners who share our vision of empowering public employees to make informed choices about union membership.My responsibilities include identifying and securing major gifts, managing a portfolio of key stakeholders, and creating engagement opportunities that deepen donors\' connection to our work. Through data-driven fundraising strategies and compelling storytelling, I demonstrate the tangible impact of our programs in educating workers about their constitutional rights and options regarding union membership and dues.It is my goal to empower individuals to become catalysts for meaningful policy change through education, litigation, and community activation. Together with the Freedom Foundation\'s team of advocates and philanthropic partners, I help create pathways to defend workers\' rights across the country, ensuring our principles of individual liberty, free enterprise, and limited government resonate with the communities we serve.
