To design, implement and maintain the integrated management system of the organization to fulfill legal requirements and corporate policies and standards in relation to Quality, Health, Safety & Environment and international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.To manage the human, technical and financial resources to achieve the QHSE objectives for the organization. Lead and develop the QHSE team to improve their skills and drive them to achieve strategic objectives of the department.Lead the continuous improvement process through implementation of CAPA plans and change management and participating in technical improvement projects To improve the QHSE culture and awareness of people through the training program and coordination of teams like COPASST (safety committee), environmental committee and also through the empowerment of leaders of process in this culture.To plan and follow up the fundamental activities for the management system (quality risk analysis, H&S risk assessment, environmental aspects and impacts assessment, internal & external audits), and establish the respective risk control programs and health surveillance programs. To ensure the implementation of environmental programs (waste, water & energy)and health and environmental monitoring activities.To lead incident investigations to identify root causes to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.To give support in food safety activities in flavor’s plant (safety inspections, sampling program among others).To design and implement the emergency response plan based on the incident command system, assuring competence of the emergency brigade and implementing drills.Responsible for the communication with safety and environmental authorities and regulatory bodies.Main achievements: certification ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 in Sep/2022; Recertification of ISO 9001:2025, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 in March/2024.
