ABOUT LYCIA CARMODY
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations at Galvanize Climate Solutions, a climate-focused global investment firm delivering capital and expertise to accelerate climate solutions. Founded by Katie Hall and Tom Steyer, Galvanize invests across asset classes including venture capital and growth equity, public equities, and real estate. We integrate expertise across investment, climate impact, measurement, market development, talent, technology, and policy with the aim of driving material climate impact and creating long-term value for our investors. Lycia previously worked at Farallon Capital Management in Investor Relations before joining Laurel Management Partners, the predecessor to Hall Capital Partners, where she was a Partner and Director of Research. Lycia worked as an advisor and consultant for Tom Steyer 2020, Fahr LLC and Need to Impeach. She has served on the boards of Common Sense Media, The Little School SF and San Francisco Education Fund. She currently serves on the UVA College Foundation’s Northern California Regional Board and the board of a community owned regenerative ranch in Petaluma. Lycia holds a BA from the University of Virginia.
