Successful High Volume Recruiting, Staffing Operations and Executive Search consultant.I have been fortunate to experience the success of recruiting and building talented staffing organizations from the ground up for top worldwide technology companies throughout Silicon Valley. To witness these successes is nothing short of amazing. These successes translate into building strong teams that deliver and over deliver strong results. Once you have experienced huge success in any organization, you know what works, evolve the model and experience success time and time again. My background and experience comes from working for leading edge Software, SaaS, Internet and Social Media Companies and recruiting at all levels up to and including the Executive and C-level members. I have spent more than 25+ years in Staffing & Human Resource leadership roles in “pioneering” high technology companies such as VMware, Netscape, Calico Commerce, ON24, Sybase, DoveBid, Intel and Ungermann-Bass. My experience includes driving strategic human resource initiatives that include M&A work, IPO\'s, organizational planning, growth and restructuring; executive search and recruiting. This also including the operational teams, structures and systems to support these initiatives.My experience has broadened in recent years to conduct Non Profit search that includes Head of School and Executive Director recruiting and consulting.
