As a contact center relationship manager I am responsible for the oversight of multiple vendor partnerships, associated risk analysis, and review of products and services supplied by the vendor. Able to support team members across multiple sites.• Proactively understand risk and accountable for the design, implementation, and testing of controls to ensure compliance with government regulations and bank policies.• Implements project or continuous improvement initiatives that tie to strategic objectives and serve as a business leader to achieve outcomes.• Execute human capital decisions and projects to achieve the financial goals of the division.• Identifies, tracks, escalates, and resolves issue conflicts; performs impact analysis and prioritization; manages dependencies and track/monitors; and escalates risk with corrective/ mitigating actions• Supports development of change management planning, design and implementation including communication and training.• Stay current with the relevant third-party marketplace and competition to make recommendations for new and/or replacement vendors.
