About Lucas Howell
Formally trained as a synthetic organic chemist, I aim to use my skills to pursue my passion of helping people by synthesizing and designing impactful drug targets. In June 2023 I started working under Dr. Alex Waterson’s subgroup in the Fesik group at Vanderbilt University’s School of Medicine. I’ve been able to utilize and be exposed to modern medicinal chemistry facilities and resources in a highly collaborative environment.
