I am a Partner/Principal at EY in our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. At EY, our purpose is Building a better working world. People Advisory Services is building a better working world by helping EY clients transform, grow, and operate their global workforces by putting people at the center of everything they do. Disruptive forces are changing our workplaces and workforces. To keep up, organizations need to become more agile and their people need flexibility to match. It might sound simple, but these efforts are compounded during a time when talent is harder to source, manage, motivate and retain. From helping organizations design a market competitive total rewards strategy to solving immigration issues that prevent people from being able to move across borders, to advising on post-COVID pandemic flexible work arrangements and wellness programs, to ensuring organizations that can run mobility programs across the globe and in compliance with local regulations, setting up a reimagined HR function and ensuring workforces are given the best experience from day one, we design and lead transformative projects that build a better working world.
