Retired FBI. Last post U.S. Embassy Mexico City as Program Manager for the Criminal Investigations Division. Led FBI international operations as a Supervisory Special Agent and Assistant Legal Attaché; 10 years in Latin America assignments. Directed investigations in multiple field offices as a Special Agent for over 12 years, in matters such as transnational criminal enterprises, kidnappings, extortions, domestic/international terrorism, violent crimes, public corruption and fugitives. Post FBI, served as contract Program Manager for the US Department of Justice, leading ICITAP’s Mexico Attorney General’s organizational and training program. As ICITAP Consultant in Panama, provided investigative training to the national police homicide division. Currently serves as Team Adam Consultant for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children subject matter expert, advising law enforcement agencies on missing children investigations. Presently directs an international company licensed by the Texas Private Security Board in security consulting and investigations.

   As a Team Adam Consultant, I deploy on critical child-abduction and missing children incidents. I coordinate with NCMEC personnel to bring search resources, analysis and technical support to US law enforcement agencies. I consult on long term missing cases and provide expert analysis, DNA/Biometrics collection and other resources. I am certified as a FEMA Contractor with disaster responsibilities for the recovery of child victims.
