Driven by a mission to serve and empower the community, this is where I create an impact today: Serve as the Talent Marketing Client Partner with Randstad Strategize on the Board of Visitors of Latino Initiatives for Marian University Mentor Hispanic / Latinx youth in Indiana for Project Stepping Stone of Indiana I plug into other organizations aligned to my mission throughout the year: trueU, Flourish Gathering, EDGE Mentoring, Pass the Torch for Women Foundation, Prospanica, ALPFA, among others. When I\'m not advocating for amplified representation in leadership or mentoring the next generation of Latine youth, I love exploring new restaurants, cities, or state parks. I\'m passionate about my community and opening new avenues of opportunities for other leaders to continue building Indianapolis. Educational background: Degrees in Business Marketing and Spanish from Marian University, as well as a transformational Leadership Certificate from the University of Denver.
