Own end to end recruiting, from sourcing to post-offer acceptance for Open Banking and other select Mastercard Business Units in the US and Canada• Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals• Identify emerging trends in talent acquisition and propose timely and creative solutions to finding and retaining top talent• Partner with the broader HR team to improve and build efficient and scalable recruiting processes • Partner with Total Rewards team to develop and communicate compensation package to final candidates, taking into account pertinent external market data, internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role by the selected candidate• Partner with Global Mobility team on appropriate and relevant immigration processes and procedures, with a solid understanding of laws and regulations• Manage reporting of talent acquisition metrics including effectiveness of processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction scores• Develop systems and strategies to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience• Drive diversity and inclusion strategies for open roles in the Mastercard organization• Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans and external partnerships• Lead recruitment strategy update meetings for assigned client groups and partner with People Business Partners, Total Rewards and Global Mobility throughout the recruitment lifecycle• Meet quarterly goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and required applicant tracking updates• Led Finicity Talent Acquisition Team through the Mastercard acquisition • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals • Conduct training needs analysis; determine training objectives and facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members
