The Arizona Rattlers have been a dominant force in arena and indoor football since their inception in 1992. Guy is one of only two people in Arena Football League history to participate in the ArenaBowl as a player, assistant coach, and head coach. He is also one of only two coaches to win championships in both the AFL and IFL. Under his guidance, the Rattlers have achieved remarkable success, including four straight ArenaBowl appearances and maintaining a 13-season streak with 10 or more wins. Guy\'s impressive win rate (74%) and multiple Coach of the Year awards highlight his strategic prowess and leadership.
