Obtaining new RV\'s for the rental fleet, all day to day managerial activities such as dealing with our partnering companies, insurance companies, merchant accounts, potential renters, vehicle owners, employees, CPA, etc. I have to come up with new and innovative ways to gain a competitive advantage on our direct and indirect competitors while forecasting our industry to plan for the future. As many business owners know, this is just a small portion of what we as business owners do, but these are the broader sectors of my job description.

ABOUT JOE GALLO
Having started a company from nothing, growing it to be a profitable booming business while learning many lessons, skills, and priceless experience along the way, then to eventually get bought by a nationwide competitor is a very short summary of my professional career. Successful business owners have a tendency to revolve their lives around the business, work 24/7, and be constantly busy. This was true in my case, and depending on one\'s goal of success, if measured by profit accumulated wealth then I was successful. After being bought out and having time to take a breather and do a personal inventory to figure out what\'s next for me, I realized that doing something I enjoy is more important than doing something and enjoying it because it pays well. Two well known sayings come to mind as bring relevant,\"money doesn\'t buy happiness\" and \"if your passion is also your career, you will never work a day in your life\". For me, being passionate and enjoying my career moving forward outweighs better paying jobs I cannot stand. The question is, where to go from here?
