My leadership in transforming a software factory into an Agile Digital Factory stands as a concrete testament to this. My background of over 15 years as an IT Manager and Enterprise Coach in large multinational corporations has provided me with profound digital and IT expertise, ranging from design, implementation and management of enterprise CRM and ERP systems to the management of complex projects, vendor relationships, procurement processes, and IT governance frameworks. My capacity to forge trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from senior business leaders to development teams, is a hallmark of my professional style.
