My journey in finance and business development has been shaped by hands-on experience, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships. Starting as an assistant manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, I worked closely with bank clients, relationship managers, and financial advisors, helping them understand insurance products and investment-linked solutions. Managing multiple branches, I developed skills in client management, sales strategies, and financial planning, which laid the foundation for my career.I then transitioned to MagicPin, where I stepped into a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with restaurants, retailers, and service providers to improve their business visibility and revenue through strategic partnerships. Convincing business owners to trust a digital platform was a challenge, but it taught me the importance of market analysis, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.At NoBroker, I took on a leadership role, managing a team and driving sales in a highly competitive real estate tech space. Here, I honed my skills in team leadership, revenue generation, and customer relationship management, ensuring month-on-month sales growth while analyzing market trends to stay ahead.These experiences have given me a strong foundation in problem-solving, client relationship management, and financial planning. My exposure to financial reporting, month-end reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting has strengthened my ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights. I have developed expertise in performance analysis, risk management, and investment strategies, allowing me to assess opportunities and mitigate financial risks effectively. With hands-on experience in portfolio management and financial modelling, I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Advanced) for detailed data analysis and market analysis. My ability to break down complex financial information and communicate it clearly has helped me develop strong communication skills, which I consider essential for building trust with clients and stakeholders.Now, I am eager to apply my skills in a finance-driven role, where I can contribute to data-driven decision-making, financial planning, and risk assessment.
