Probation time is over: now I am dealing with some colleagues with transforming the DEA Drilling Manual into the Corporate Standards, there are some brownfield wells to plan, working in another team about planning the logistic for future ERD wells from Mittelplate-A and a third team about the UERD well for the Westertill wells. And there are still some more tasks to be done.
